Flygbussarna Airport Coaches offers the best service 2018

Recently the company ServiceScore handed out awards to the Swedish companies that offer the best service. In the category “Transport on land” Flygbussarna Airport Coaches received the best reviews from consumers.

When the company ServiceScore for the seventh year in a row measures how Swedish consumers experience the service they get, it is Flygbussarna Airport Coaches that receives the highest reviews in category “Transport on land”. Arlanda Express and Swebus were also nominated in the category.

During several years Flygbussarna has worked purposefully with customer experience and to give the passengers a personal and friendly service. To work with an increased customer focus in all parts of the company and to view the whole customer journey has given new valuable insights.
