GWS launches Chubb Travel Smart App

Following the agreement between GWS and Chubb to develop and launch travel risk management services, GWS has launched Chubb´s Travel Smart App and System for travel risk management. The Travel Smart App is now available in both Android and iOS Stores for clients in Asia Pacific and EMEA region.

GWS goal is to help travellers feel safe wherever in the world they are. With our unique Safeture technology platform, GWS can quickly reach users who are at risk with accurate and relevant information compiled by the company's qualified analysts. This information helps the traveller have peace of mind and be safe.

Matt Foster, CHUBB Head of Product Marketing, Accident & Health - Europe, Eurasia & Africa comments on the launch:

“We are very excited about the launch of the Travel Smart App and System to our clients, as we now both strengthen our position and further differentiate our Business Travel Assistance offer to our corporate clients. The solution gives both the corporate travellers and the responsible managers for corporate travel the information and tools they need to keep travelling employees safe.”

Jonas Bjurhult, GWS Project Manager, describes the Project from GWS point of view:

“There has been a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication from everyone on GWS and Chubb’s teams involved in this project, and we are now pleased to support Chubb’s bespoke Travel Smart solution that is based on a specially adapted version of our Software Development Kit (SDK).”.

The SDK (software development kit) is GWS solution that integrates our content, incident feeds, and travel technology into a pre-existing or custom developed app.
