GWS Series TO 1 and TO 2 subscription warrants exercised at a rate of approx. 98,5 %

On 9 December 2015, the exercise period for GWS Production AB (GWS) Series TO 1 and TO 2 subscription warrants concluded. 2 723 545 Series TO 1 subscription warrants and 960 374 Series TO 2 subscription warrants were exercised, resulting in an overall exercise rate of approximately 98,5 %. Via the subscription warrants, GWS will thus receive approximately SEK 38,4 million after transaction costs.

In total, 3 683 919 subscription warrants were exercised, meaning that 3 683 919 new shares will be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. GWS will thereby receive approx. SEK 38,4 million (after transaction costs of approximately SEK 0,9 million). The number of shares in GWS after registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office will amount to 14 248 033 shares and the share capital will amount to SEK 1 139 842,64.
