GWS signs partnership contract with PicCell Wireless sister company Safey
Global Warning System (GWS) announces a partnership agreement with the US-based PicCell Wireless group. GWS’ Safeture Pro service concept will be re-branded Safey, customized for the study abroad market and added to the PicCell Wireless global product portfolio. Sister company Safey will be dedicated to offering the re-branded Safeture services using PicCell market and sales channels. The agreement is based on a revenue share business model.
The GWS Safeture service concept is a personal security service when traveling, which provides critical information about disasters and other threats, directly in the traveler’s smartphone through an app that is easily downloaded. PicCell Wireless is focusing on making it easy and affordable for anyone to have and use a wireless device while they are abroad. PicCell Wireless partners with large networks to provide convenient and competitive wireless products and services, and addresses the challenge of providing flexible, short-term contracts for impermanent residents, offering many of the benefits of local wireless services. By adding Safey, the re-branded Safeture Pro service, to the PicCell Wireless portfolio, they can strengthen the offering and add customer value. Brandon Ferrante, CEO at PicCell Wireless, comments on the cooperation:
