Reminder about dates for the exercise of subscription warrants of Series TO 1

The exercise period for GWS subscription warrants Series TO 1 will continue until 9 December 2015. The last day of trading of subscription warrants series TO 1 is 7 December 2015. The holders of the subscription warrants have the right to subscribe for 1 (one) new share, for each subscription warrant, of GWS at a price of SEK 10.66 per share. Upon full exercise of all subscription warrants, the Company will receive approx. SEK 39.9 million, before issuance expenses.

Subscription of shares with subscription warrants of Series TO 1 can take place until 9 December 2015 and shall be made via simultaneous cash payment not later than 15:00 CET. The conversion of interim shares to full shares is expected to occur during week 53, 2015. Important dates for the subscription warrants

  • Exercise period began: 18 November 2015.
  • The last day of trading of subscription warrants: 7 December 2015.
  • Exercise period ends: 9 December 2015.
  • Payment: Simultaneous cash payment no later than 15:00 on 9 December 2015.
  • Planned communication of outcomes: Week 51, 2015.
  • Intended conversion of the interim shares to full shares: Week 53, 2015.

Wednesday 18 November 2015, the exercise period begins for the Series TO 1 and TO 2 subscription warrants. It runs until and including 9 December 2015. Holders of subscription warrants for Series TO 1 and TO 2 are entitled, for each warrant, to subscribe for one new share in GWS at a price of SEK 10,66 per share. On full exercise, the company will raise ca SEK 39,9 million before issuance costs.
