The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) in collaboration with the Pause Scholarship Foundation hereby have the honor of inviting you to a lunch seminar on: Building sustainable organizations: the role of diversity for sustainable decision-making In the last decade, the call for sustainable organizations and leaderships has become more persistent. This seminar will address the role of diversity in the shaping of sustainable organizations and how it impacts decision-making in top management teams and project teams. The seminar aims at illustrate, from practice and research, the relationship between diversity and sustainability in decision-making. Martin Tivéus, CEO Avanza Bank AB, will give his insight about the diversity role in top management decision-making. Alexandra Johansen and Jesper Bernhardsson, students from SSE, who were granted the Pause and Iaccoca Institutet Global Village scholarships will present their studies on diversity and organizational performance, and decision-making. Associate professor Laurence Romani, a leading scholar in the field of cross-culture management and diversity, and Professor Ingalill Holmberg at SSE, both recognized for their interest in the issues at hand will provide complementary insight.
