The 11th International Conference on Research in Advertising (ICORIA) will be held on June 28-30, 2012 in Stockholm, the capital of Scandinavia. ​The overall theme of the conference will be “The changing roles of advertising”. We will explore what advertising is/will be in the future, for instance, in terms of accountability/shareholder value, branded utility, its influence on consumer values and self-images, and signaling effects. Keynote speaker will be Amna Kirimani, Professor of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
