Hemnet Group makes changes to its Board of Directors

Hemnet Group AB (“Hemnet”), Sweden’s largest property portal, is appointing Nick McKittrick to its Board of Directors. 

Nick McKittrick is a co-founding executive and former CEO of Rightmove, the UK’s largest property portal, where he worked for 17 years. Earlier this year he stepped down as CEO of homegate.ch, the leading Swiss property portal where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors as well as on the Board of Homegate AG’s parent company TX Markets.

Hemnet is also making the following changes in its Board of Directors effective from today, May 6: 

• Erik Olsson is leaving the Board following the disposal of Fastighetsmäklarförbundet’s shareholding in Hemnet Group AB in June 2019.
• Henrik Persson is stepping down as Ordinary Board Member but staying on the board as Deputy Board Member, replacing Marta Suarez who is leaving the Board.
