Placement of a bond issue for Hancap AB (publ) successfully completed

The first subsequent bond issue for Hancap AB (publ) has been successfully completed. The first subsequent bond issue has an aggregated total nominal amount of approximately SEK 125 million issued in three currencies; SEK, NOK and USD. The total nominal amount outstanding in the bond issue following the subsequent bond issue will be SEK 460 million. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and bookrunner for the offering.
The bond has a coupon of 10 per cent p.a. with quarterly interest payments and matures in October 2019. The bond has security over shares in all major subsidiaries and covenants including leverage ratio, negative pledge and dividend restrictions. The bond is listed on Nasdaq First North Bond Market.
Roschier law firm acted as legal advisors and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through the Norwegian VPS system.
