Placement of a bond issue for Hilleren Invest AS successfully completed
Issue Amount: NOK 35 Million
Fixed Interest Rate:14.00 % p.a.
Maturity: 12 months (with a 3 month extension option)
The bond offering for Hilleren Invest AS has been successfully completed. The bond offer has a total nominal amount of NOK 35 million and JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and bookrunner for the offering.
The bond has a fixed interest rate of 14 per cent p.a. and matures in December 2017 but the offering can be extended with 3 months. The bond has security over all shares in the subsidiaries Moldalia Eiendom AS and Moldalia Utvikling AS. The raised funds from the bond offering will be used for the acquisition of Moldalia Eiendom AS, property development, compensation to the municipality, general company purposes and legal and transaction costs.
Law firm Grette DA acted as legal advisors and Nordic Trustee as bond trustee.
