Placement of a bond issue for Malmö Katrinelund 27 AB (publ) successfully completed

The SEK 155 M bond issue for Malmö Katrinelund 27 AB (publ) has been successfully completed. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in the bond issue.
The bond, maturing in December 2020, bears a fixed coupon of 6 per cent p.a. with quarterly interest payments. The bond has security over the property Malmö Katrinelund 29 in form of mortgage certificates amounting to SEK 155,000,000 which following the 3D land parcelling will cover the shopping centre part of the property only and first priority pledge over the interest retention account, on which an amount equivalent to three months' interest shall be deposited at all times.
The transaction proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt, retained interest, general corporate purposes and transaction costs. The bonds are intended to be repaid through sale of completed project or through debt refinancing.
Roschier law firm acted as legal advisors and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as bond trustee in the transaction. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Sweden (SEK and EUR bonds) and VPS Norway (NOK bonds).
