The bond offering by Hancap AB has been successfully completed
The bond offering by Hancap AB has been successfully completed with a total volume of approximately SEK 335 m and with a placement of bonds in 3 tranches: SEK, NOK and USD. JOOL Markets AS acted as financial advisor and placed the bond issue that attracted a lot of interest. The 3-year term bond has an interest of 10 % p.a. with quarterly payments and the intention is that the bond will be listed on Nasdaq First North Bond Market. The bond´s security consists of share pledges and covenants such as leverage ratio, negative pledge and dividend restrictions.
Roschier Law Firm acted as legal advisors and Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB is appointed as the bond trustee. The bond will be registered through the VPS system.
