New Keystone Advisers transaction: Sale of CorpNordic
Intertrust, the world’s leading quality provider of trust and corporate services acquires CorpNordic, the leading corporate services provider in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
With over 800 clients in the Nordics and offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm, CorpNordic is the largest Nordic provider of company management services. CorpNordic is a leading agent in bonds issuances and other loans, administers foundations and private equity funds, offers depositary and compliance services and provides specialized HR and payroll services.
With this acquisition, Intertrust becomes the market leader of trust and corporate services in Sweden and Denmark, and expands its network with offices in Norway and Finland. After the integration, Intertrust operates with over 1,800 professionals from 37 offices in 26 countries.
Keystone Advisers acted as advisors to the sellers in the transaction.
