New Keystone Advisers transaction: Sale of Unisport
Priveq Investment divest Unisport to Finnish investor Vaaka Partners. Under the deal, Unisport will merge with synthetic grass specialist Saltex Oy.
Unisport has its head office in Landskrona in the south of Sweden, and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The company markets and sells sports flooring, synthetic grass for football, golf and landscaping, and it has a wide range of spectator seating and foldable tribunes for sports facilities. The product range also includes flooring for tennis and padel and floor coverings for local sports facilities.
Under Priveq’s ownership, the company has grown from annual sales of just under SEK 200m to almost SEK 500m coupled with industry leading profitability. The company has strengthened its position as Scandinavia’s leading sport floor specialist while also establishing several new product areas such as spectator seating and fitness center floors.
Keystone Advisers acted as advisors to the sellers in the transaction.
