No Castle on This Land – tales of travels in Tessa Van Thielen's MFA Exhibition at Konstfack

Welcome to No Castle on This Land, Galleri Konstfack – opening 14 October at 4–8 pm

"One travels and once homewards stories are told. Once in a forest, afterwards in my thoughts and forever in fiction or reality. Be welcome for I would like to share some tales with you.

No castle on this land intertwines two stories. One concerning an island and another concerning another travel which never took place to begin with. Reality and fiction are blurred while storytelling is centralized and chance dictates all, as does nature.

Let us travel and hereby not travel at all. But most of all have a good time."

Sunday lunchtime reading 16 October at noon
A Sunday lunch will be served while Tessa Van Thielen reads the book A conversation piece about the magic that is the island of North Sentinel located in the beauty that is the bay of Bengal. The reading has a duration of one hour and 30 minutes.

The exhibition No Castle on This Land is open 15–19 October between noon and 4 pm.
