Moll Wendén has recently acted as Swedish legal advisor to The Descartes Systems Group Inc (Descartes) in connection with a USD 50,000,000 syndicated bank loan facility. Moll Wendén was responsible for Swedish legal advice in the project. The Canadian law-firm Blakes advised on Canadian law matters.
