Picsearch powers video for Saab Group globally - Military defense to civil security videos showcased
Saab serves the global market with world-leading products, services and solutions from military defence to civil security and with operations on every continent. Picsearch, Sogeti and Gothia Group are pleased to announce a three way cooperation to leverage the best in video services to Saab’s websites.
Phase one is already live and Jonas Tillgren from Saab Marketing Communications, said “During the course of 2010 we have been rolling out substantial improvements to the look, feel and interactivity of Saabs sites, an important pillar of that is leveraging our substantial image and video banks.”
A fully integrated image bank has recently been launched and will be followed by a video bank. Gothia Marketing Operations Management, Johan Gradvall, said “It’s been an engaging project with substantial usability improvements and we’re looking forward to the next stage.”
Sogeti is integrating with Picsearch’s video service API for seamless interaction with Saab’s content management provider Episerver. Oscar Larsson, Project Manager at Sogeti, said “We plan to utilize the highly flexible API from Picsearch to fully integrate Video into the content management system.”
