Estonia’s leading security company chooses PreCom

G4S Estonia has chosen the PreCom platform to achieve efficient dispatching, secure support functions and simpler administration. The system will be used by operators in Alarm Receiving Centre and by patrolling guards.

The entire process will be handled in PreCom, from the incoming alarm and dispatching and navigation to the right address, to alarms on site and reporting of field assignments. The system will also provide all the information needed for reporting and billing.

PreCom provides advanced support functions, such as a map for visualizing alarms and guards’ locations, and optimised suggestions for resource selection in an alarm situation. Support functions for guards include navigation, personal alarms and photos for reporting.
