Delphi advised Redevco on sale of six retail properties to Rockspring

Redevco has disposed of a portfolio of Swedish retail properties to Rockspring, with Vencom as co-investor. The property stock, which consists of six properties, is located in Stockholm, Malmö, Lund, Borås and Vesterås with a total floor area of approximately 45 000 square metres.

Together with Cushman & Wakefield, Delphi advised Redevco on the transaction. Partner, Magnus Björkander headed up Delphi’s team, which also included Erika Rosenberg and Olof Hagberg. This transaction means that Redevco completely leaves the Swedish market.
