Delphi advises Greencarrier on establishment in Poland

Greencarrier AB has established business in Poland through its acquisition of Transpoint International (PL) Sp. z.o.o. The seller was the Finnish state-owned transport and railway company VR group via a subsidiary.

Greencarrier provides global transport and logistics solutions and is now established in 13 countries. The group’s turnover amounts to SEK 2.8 billion annually.

The project was headed by Delphi partner, Vilhelm Nyström and together with Fredrik Jorstadius they were lead counsel for Greencarrier assisted by Wardynski & Partners as local counsel.
