Delphi advises Volati AB as M&A, finance, intellectual property, regulatory and anti-trust counsel in connection with AB Svensk Bilprovning’s sale of the southwest network of inspection stations in Sweden. The transaction is subject to approval by Swedac and the Swedish Competition Authority.
AB Svensk Bilprovning has divided its motor vehicle inspection business into two networks of inspection stations and has on 25 January this year agreed to sell the southwest network of inspection stations.
