Sprinkle AB announces acquisition of InnerQuest Limited.
Sprinkle AB acquires InnerQuest Limited, launching the Sprinkle Fusion Power™ strategy into the global cryptocurrency market.
Sprinkle AB acquires InnerQuest Limited for $850,000 in Sprinkle AB shares. InnerQuest is a cryptocurrency investment platform with over 500,000 members from around the world. Effective immediately, Sprinkle will assume control and management of the InnerQuest www.IQ5050.com investment platform. IQ5050.com will be rebranded to the Bakuhatsu.io brand owned by Sprinkle, introducing its fully underwritten Bitcoin trading model to the existing members.
A webinar for all IQ5050.com members is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11th and further details for the exact time will follow in a separate news release.
Sprinkle is excited not only about their acquisition of InnerQuest, but also to announce their new, focused strategic intents, as outlined below. Each item below will be followed up with continuous news releases, emails, social media, and webinars.
- Sprinkle will be conducting a dual stock listing on the Singapore and Frankfurt stock exchanges
- Sprinkle will be opening a Bangkok, Thailand office in the coming weeks.
- Sprinkle will be hosting a live event for InnerQuest members in Bangkok and Seoul in the coming weeks.
- Once the transition from IQ5050.com to Bakuhatsu is complete, Sprinkle will be changing the interest payouts to fixed weekly rates.
- IQ5050.com members affected by the recent network outage will be compensated by Sprinkle AB company shares.
- Build up and strengthen Sprinkle customer support team
