Sprinkle trims Blockhomes to stimulate growth.
Sprinkle, who has developed the platform and technology behind Blockhomes, has today announced the sale of Blockhomes to Raire Invest AB.
Sprinkle scales back the business to be able to focus further on core business in active development. This strategy strengthens Raire Invest's operations, which means that Blockhomes is developing into one of the market's most efficient property platforms for fragmented property investments.
Blockhomes fits well with Raire Invest and is thus allowed to continue its positive development. For Sprinkle, the divestment means that further focus may lie on the massively expanded operations.

"Our existing team and partners all have the prerequisites for developing Blockhomes into a valuable building block within the current operations of RAIRE Invest AB."
