CRISTIANO RONALDO SIGNS TO OPEN HIS CR7 HOTEL ON M AVENUE IN MARRAKECH

M Avenue is proud to announce that the legendary football player Cristiano Ronaldo signs to open his first Pestana CR7 hotel in Africa, located on M Avenue, the new lifestyle destination in Marrakech, scheduled to launch in 2019.

The Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels is a joint venture between Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal’s largest hotel chain where CR7 represents Cristiano Ronaldo’s shirt number. This is the first international hotel chain by a famous sports celebrity and the hotel concept is individual and stylish, located in exceptional destinations, where M Avenue in Marrakech is the latest addition, following Lisbon and Funchal (Madeira Island) and the future openings of Madrid and New York.

Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels targets the millennial segment who want to enjoy, relax, chill, work, play, drink and eat. The CR7 hotel on M Avenue in Marrakech will have 168 rooms with two restaurants, a business centre, a fitness centre, a spa and a swimming pool.

M Avenue, scheduled to open in late 2019, is a new 500 metre long “Garden Avenue” located in the heart of Marrakech. This unique development, which is adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, will create a new city centre that will revitalize the city and will offer an innovative mix of properties including Four Seasons Private Residences, the Pestana CR7 hotel, shops, restaurants, cafes, offices, art galleries and exhibition venues. The vision is to become an international lifestyle destination for design, fashion, food, recreation and culture.
