300 Renault ZOE in Stockholm's new car sharing service - aimo
Renault is leader in Europe with more than 5,000 Renault ZOE, rolling in 8 major cities in various car rental services and partnerships. Now Stockholm is included in these cities and today a new car sharing service start with 300 Renault ZOE.
Renault and the japanese car pool company Aimo Solution announced earlier this autumn their cooperation with a new mobility service in Stockholm. Starting today, October 31, 300 Renault ZOE model electric cars will be available to Stockholm residents.
All cars are 100 % electric and the Renault ZOE has a range of 200 to 300 km. The cars can be easily picked up and easily left in so-called hot spots located in Stockholm's inner city,Hammarby Sjöstad, Solna, Liljeholmen and Hjorthagen.
From October 31, aimos app can be downloaded free of charge for Stockholm inhabitants who need to rent a car and within a few minutes the driver can sit behind the wheel of an electric car. Everything is done via the app and you pay a rent of SEK 6 per minute. After 17 minutes, the cost will automatically transfer to an hourly cost of SEK100 for the first hour. When the journey is over, the car is left at one of the hot spots that are nearby.
