During his work, he has been part of international teams that supply data management and data analytics solutions for companies of varying sizes worldwide. As previous Head of Managed Services, he will be able to answer all your questions related to ITSM or Service Desk.

Pierre-André Aeschlimann, Solution Strategist and Evangelist at Cherwell

Pierre as technologist and Innovator is driving optimal partner & customer business outcomes.

After 25 years in the service management space working for ServiceNow, BMC, CA and others, Pierre is now focusing on Cherwell’s next generation service management platform. Pierre works in collaboration with Cherwell’s product development teams, channel partners, and customers to develop innovative solutions that improve IT operational efficiency, elevate the employee experience, and drive business results.

Radmila Georgievska Dimoska, Senior developer at Managed Services, Seavus Group

Radmila has been in Seavus for 13 years. She has 10+ years of experience in .NET development and related Microsoft technologies, working on advanced pricing solution, integrations with external systems and was leading the client care team for the same solution for 2 years. The past few years she is part of the Managed Services division leading the team which supports and customizes Cherwell for a client in the telecom industry.
