About the speaker:
Nikola Ognenovski, Technical Lead, Banking and Finance Division, Seavus
Nikola has been working at Seavus for more than 6 years, firstly as a Senior Developer and, in the last 3 years, as a Technical Lead. He has significant experience in the Banking and Finance sector, as well as technical and domain knowledge in architecting and developing Banking and Fintech systems, including working on a variety of digital banking services such as payment applications and e-wallet, as well as development of billing systems.
He enjoys designing clean APIs, writing maintainable code, establishing new processes and methodologies, and refactoring financial institutions' legacy code. Aside from his job as a Technical Lead in the Banking and Finance sector, he is mainly interested in game and virtual worlds development, 3D graphics, physics, AI behaviors, Artificial life, Virtual worlds, Simulations, GPU computing, VR and AR.
