Bok och Bibliotek i Norden AB byter VD
Anna Falck lämnar VD-posten på Bok & Bibliotek. Ny VD blir Maria Källsson. Efter 26 år inom Bok & Bibliotek i Norden AB, varav de senaste 15 åren som VD, har Anna Falck beslutat sig för att lämna sin post.

Bokmässan invigs torsdagen den 22 september kl 10.00 av Nobelpristagaren Herta Müller, tillsammans med de tre ambassadörerna Ulrike Tilly, Österrike, Kurt Höchner, Schweiz, och Harald Kindermann, Tyskland, samt Anna Falck, vd för Bok & Bibliotek.
Kulturrådet och Bok & Bibliotek samarbetar för att öka intresset för svensk litteratur i världen. Genom att bevilja bidrag till utomnordiska förläggare och agenter som vill besöka Bokmässan i Göteborg hoppas Kulturrådet och Bok & Bibliotek på ökade kunskaper om svensk litteratur ute världen och därmed större möjligheter för svenska författare att bli översatta och nå en utländsk läsekrets.
Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers är norra Europas största mötesplats för helhetsupplevelser med ett unikt läge mitt i evenemangsområdet i centrala Göteborg. Mötesplatsen grundades 1918 och arrangerar och driver idag mässor, möten, hotell, restauranger och spa. Varje år välkomnas två miljoner besökare från hela världen att mötas, äta och bo hos oss. Mötesplatsen ägs av Svenska Mässan Stiftelse, en ekonomiskt fristående stiftelse utan ägare och investerare med uppdrag att främja näringslivet.
