TargetEveryOne: A large customer of ViaNett expands the customer club with TargetEveryone’s service

TargetEveryOne´s subsidiary ViaNett has expanded its business with their customer VITA, Norway's largest beauty chain, with the help of TargetEveryOne´s service.

In the fall of 2014, VITA started its loyalty club which today has over 560 000 members. One year later, ViaNett started to produce mobile campaigns using TargetEveryOne´s platform to create rich media such as images and discount offers for VITA´s members.

VITA, including VITA Exclusive is the largest beauty retail chain in the segment of beauty, health and well- being in Norway and currently has over 200 stores.

"We are proud of how quickly we have been able to expand our loyalty club and with the help of TargetEveryOne´s service, we take the club to the next level. We can add images, videos, and interactivity and we have already received positive feedback on the campaign”, says VITA´s Head of eCommerce and Omnichannel Torkel Johannessen. "We have been able to achieve a higher open rate frequency with TargetEveryOne in comparison to our regular newsletters. The strength of SMS and a landing page is that our members read the message at once, and then they visit our stores or online store for specific offers", concludes Torkel Johannessen.
