TEDxStockholmWomen: Momentum speakers line-up revealed

STOCKHOLM, MAY 22^nd 2015 – TEDxStcokholm has announced the line-up for its next event TEDxStockholmWomen: Momentum on May 28^th 2015. The event will be held at Hilton Stockholm Slussen Hotel. Registration and welcoming of guests starts at 16:00 and the event will begin at 17:00.

The speakers have been chosen and the line-up counts with women with a diversified background. Women whose lives revolve on impacting others through their work, words and passions.

Participating will be Camilla Brandow Gustvasson, a 25 year-old pioneer in the world of social entrepreneurship; Sa’ra Charismata, a powerful protest artist using her voice to expose the world’s injustices; Sara Wettegren, the CEO of the Hunger Project Sweden fighting inequality around the globe; and Alexandra Larsson, a Major in the Swedish Air Force and an advocate for the Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights.

The theme of the event, Momentum, is designed to create an environment of innovation and confrontation of the status-quo. According to TEDWomen organizers “Momentum is moving forward. Gaining speed. Building traction.”

In addition to the talks of the speakers there will also be a simulcast of the one of the sessions of TEDWomen 2015.
