The construction market grows in East Europe, and the interest for underfloor heating systems and heat pumps increases along with the upswing and the economic growth. The Polish construction market, for example, is three times as big as the Swedish and the markets in Ukraine and Serbia have a great potential after the crisis.
Thermotech Vostok AB, a daughter company of Thermotech Scandinavia AB, employs new people to be able to increase the marketing activities and meet the demand.
Thermotech Vostok AB are commissioned to establish and grow through dealers and partners on the East European markets. The CEO Vladimir Potapov, former managing director of Thermotech in Russia, now get much needed reinforcement in his staff.
Eduard Stepanov has a civil engineer education, a bachelor diploma in marketing and a master diploma in economy and management at the Saint-Petersburg State Technical University. Prior to the employment at Thermotech, he worked as project manager at TSN Group Ltd, one of the largest electrical installation companies in North-West of Russia. Eduard hold the post of technical export seller and do analysis, marketing and sales on the East European markets. Sofia Jonsson graduated this spring from the Technical program with direction to graphical form and design at Dragonskolan in Umeå. Sofia hold the post of marketing assistant.
- In Russia we have in round figures 50 dealers all over the country through our national partner, Thermotech RUS. Except for Russia, we see Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania and Serbia as very interesting markets for us, says Vladimir Potapov, CEO of Thermotech Vostok AB.
