2017: Year in Review

In 2017 we have grown, built new features all in the name of providing the platform for our customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and continue growing their business. This is our year in review.

Over 15,000 email campaigns were sent out to the world. Driving sales and engagement through all our clients.

Those email campaigns hit 170 million inboxes around the world. Each company delivering their message to their audience with Ungapped.

Our customers created 900 text message campaigns ranging from event reminders to sales messages and everything in between.

From those 900 sms campaigns 287,000 individual text messages were sent to customers all around the the world.

Using the power of surveys 1,100 surveys were created and published, ranging from event invitations to customer feedback surveys and lead generation forms.

Over 33,000 people responded to the 1,100 published surveys. Sent out in emails, embedded on websites or sent through social media.

Overall 2017 has been a great year for Ungapped and we look forward to continuing our support for companies, business and organisations around the world to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We believe that this is the key to growing a business. Have a great 2018!
