UnitedLog Group pursues strategy; streamlines and focuses on software operations Primelog

UnitedLog, with its cloud-based software for global logistics management has taken a leading position in the Nordic market. The company's proprietary software Primelog is used by more than one third of Sweden's top 20 blue-chip companies. As a consequence of the company’s strategy to focus on its software business, UnitedLog Group has decided to spin-off its software division and form a new company; Primelog Software AB. At the same time the Group announces the divestment of its 4PL division to the company Logent, a cooperation partner in the logistics industry.  

Primelog is the leading supply chain management software for companies that want to achieve visibility and financial control of their global supply chain to support the management of multi-leg and multi-modal flows. Primelog was originally developed as a cloud-based system which provides great flexibility and low costs in a changing business environment globally.

Primelog Software AB will provide both development and delivery of the software as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) services.
