The creation of an e-commerce startup for specialty beer

As one of the biggest beer brands in the world, Heineken sees opportunities to capitalise on the growth in e-commerce and the rise of small-scale, specialist brewers. The two ambitions come together in the form of a startup: Beerwulf - a platform to connect beer brewers with beer drinkers.

"We let you discover the best specialty beers in the most convenient way for you. Our mission is to bridge the gap between specialty brewers and beer lovers"

The ambitions where high: to build the biggest and best beer platform in Europe; a platform with brewers and beer lovers at its heart. Less than 17 weeks later, the site, running on the Episerver platform, goes live.
