New Functionality in Verismo HR

Extended Support for Comments

Having flexible communication paths suits the modern organisational culture and facilitates cooperation within geographically dispersed companies. The comments functionality in Verismo HR has been extended, which provides new opportunities when it comes to for example objectives. Setting objectives and then providing on-going commentary is now complementing fixed review dates as well as highlighting coaching and feedback as the most important aspects of the performance process. Verismo HR allows you to add new objectives at anytime throughout the year and then work with these in a way that is suitable to you and your manager.

The comments functionality also serves a purpose to more administrative parts such as employee absence management. The tool opens up for a dialogue around absence and sick leave, which simplifies the communication regarding more private matters. As a manager you can more easily follow up absence together with your employees and, where needed, take proactive action in the health work.

HR Tools

A desirable new function for all HR Administrators using Verismo is the new toolkit HR Tools. This handy functionality is located under the Administration tab in Verismo HR and is used to manually manage the organisation’s processes. HR tools is a new concept and will initially support two activities, both connected to the performance process.
