The safety shoe Jalas Zenit gets top reviews from end customers

In September last year Ejendals and Jalas launched a new safety shoe model for professional construction workers, Jalas Zenit. After six months on the market users consider Jalas Zenit one of the top safety shoe models to wear, according to Byggnadsarbetaren in May.

Ergonomidesign has worked with Ejendals to develop protective gloves for professional users since the mid 2000s. Products and models that come out of this collaboration include the IDEA Gold award winning protective work glove TegeraPro Vibration Control and the Red Dot Best of the Best winner Tegera PRO gloves series. After the success of these gloves Ejendals and Jalas extended the collaboration with Ergonomidesign last year to include the development of safety shoes for construction workers.

Research among professional construction workers showed that apart from fulfilling security standards set for safety shoes and being comfortable to wear, the most important factor when choosing safety shoes is that they look professional. All of these requirements were fundamental to Ergonomidesign’s designing process and resulted in Jalas Zenit, a series of professional looking safety shoes that are comfortable to use for both outdoor and indoor work.
