Vironovas dotterbolag NOW Electronics får ny VD

Förvärvet av NOW electronics AB som gjordes i december 2015 innebar en teknikförstärkning för Vironova och en fortsatt satsning på lösningar för elektronmikroskopbaserad teknologi. NOW, med 19 anställda norr om Stockholm, fortsätter även som dotterbolag till Vironova att erbjuda konsulttjänster inom elektronikkonstruktion och embedded programmering primärt för industriell bildanalys. Mikael Wik tillträder i augusti som ny VD och bidrar förutom med sitt kunnande inom elektronikområdet även med sin passion och erfarenhet av affärsutveckling.

Per Neihoff och Henrik Wallin som tillsammans lett NOW sedan 1985 kommer även fortsättningsvis genom sin tekniska expertis och förståelse för kundbehoven spela en stor roll för NOWs utveckling.

NOW electronics, subsidiary of Vironova, appoints new CEO

The acquisition of NOW electronics AB in December 2015 strengthened the Vironova technology platform and supports the Vironova focus to become a leading provider of electron microscopy based technology. As a subsidiary NOW, with 19 employees situated north of Stockholm, will continue to offer services for electronic construction and embedded programming for industrial image analysis applications. Mikael Wik is appointed new CEO and starts in this position in August. He brings technical expertise together with passion and strong track record of business development to the company.
