Det tyska start-up företaget Green City Solutions har tillsammans med Visual Art och Deutsche Telecom, tagit fram reklampelaren CityBreeze. En innovativ lösning som kombinerar en 75” LED på en sidan med en mossvägg som bidrar till att rena luften från skadliga partiklar och föroreningar. Kombinationen av natur och tech är en symbol för morgondagens gröna stad där teknisk innovation och hållbarhet.

Digital Signage enables a company / brand / space to communicate and interact with their customers and guests real-time and in a dynamic way, mainly using audiovisual technology. 

It’s the future vs. the past.

Understanding the customers’ needs, and developing the projects from ‘A to Z’, making life simpler for customers and end-users.

▫️ If you look into the fortune teller, what do you think will happen in the industry in 2023?

We’ll realize that our market is infinite. As it is the need of enhancing Experience in the physical world, with a seamless online-offline transition.

Purpose! 

Too many solutions are implemented as just a ‘cool’ ad-on. Without a purpose and a good strategy, it’s hard to measure the ROI

◽️ Looking into the fortune teller, what will happen in the industry 2023?

2023 is going to be a year that is hard to predict. It’s foggy. 

There will be retailers that will use the crisis as an opportunity to gain an advantage. Others will be delaying or postponing projects. Retail never stops. 

So the need to ‘keep up’  is urgent. Even more in the transformed landscape after the covid. 

The physical space has never been more important.

Look at the full customer journey to identify how digital solutions can add value. Define a clear purpose for each touchpoint and continue to develop the solution in an agile way.

I'd love to see progressive initiatives related to digital in-store as a key enabler for a more sustainable retail. We will also see how digital in-store solutions become even more interactive and relevant. This requires a new way of working with the platform architecture, use of data and a more collaborative way of working together with all stakeholders.

NEWS ALERT! Visual Art delivers digital store solutions for Husqvarna Group globally

Visual Art will deliver digital in-store solutions for Husqvarna's dealers globally. In total, Husqvarna have thousands of stores in all corners of the world. The delivery consists of an automated shop-in-shop solution that gives both dealers, and customers added value directly in store. 

The agreement between Husqvarna and Visual Art covers all dealers of Husqvarna's products worldwide but is focused on the network in Europe. A network which consists of 4,700 dealers. The shop-in-shop solution aims to increase customer dwell time and guide them in their purchasing process and can be updated, and automatically controlled directly by Husqvarna. 

- The content is based on Husqvarna's existing website but is adapted depending on the dealer's needs and wishes. But above all, it contains a lot of useful information that helps customers to choose the best product for their need. This is a bit of a dream project, not only because of the scope, but also because the content really adds value to everyone, says Andreas Ström, Chief Revenue Officer at Visual Art.

Visual Art delivers hardware and its own digital signage software Signage Player. The software makes it possible to monitor the entire digital fleet from a central location, and different user roles enables HQ, Marketing and dealers to schedule and broadcast content. Therefore, Husqvarna guarantee that the right campaigns always are shown in the right place, in the right context and at the right time. 

- We have looked at a new, updated solution for our dealers and Visual Art emerged as the obvious option after a procurement. With their technical and strategic expertise, we not only fill the solution with function but also see a comprehensive service and maintenance program that means that neither we nor our dealers need to worry about the technology working, says Börje Nilsson, Global Shop Profiling Manager at Husqvarna.

Husqvarna has 4,700 dealers in Europe and additional networks worldwide. In an initial rollout, around 500 screens will be replaced or updated, and the complete take-over of German dealers are finalized.
