Sandberg and Ungheanu to Werels Board
Max Sandberg and Daniel Ungheanu has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the electric power company Werel AB. The AGM also re-elected Patrik Wadheden as Chairman and CEO Peter Swartling as Board Member.
Max Sandberg is Vice President and investment specialist at Larmag Group and has previously worked as a management consultant.
Daniel Ungheanu is Director of Analytics at Energy Everything Investments and Investment Banking Consultant at 555 Capital Advisors. Daniel has also been Managing Director of ABS Management Group and has special expertise in capital markets, investment banking and private equity.
Magnus Thoren declined re-election.
