Willis Towers Watson has appointed Piia Pilv as Senior Director in its Executive Compensation business in Western Europe and the Nordics.
Piia will work across the Western Europe market, with a particular focus on the Nordics and the Netherlands, and will focus on bringing market leading executive compensation advice, products and software to Willis Towers Watson’s growing client base in the region.
Piia joins Willis Towers Watson with over 20 years’ experience in executive compensation consulting, gained in New York, Amsterdam and London and was most recently the Head of Executive Compensation for Continental Europe at New Bridge Street (Aon Hewitt Group). She has earned a reputation as one of the leading executive compensation practitioners in the region.
