Coesia Group signs framework agreement with XMReality for using XMReality Remote Guidance™ throughout the Group

Linköping, Sweden—XMReality AB (publ) (NASDAQ First North: XMR), an international leader in AR-enabled knowledge sharing, announced signing a framework agreement with global packaging group, Coesia Group, headquartered in Bologna, Italy. The agreement means that all 18 existing companies in the Group have the possibility to easily get started with XMReality Remote Guidance™, an AR-tool for remote guidance. Coesia Group plan to make use of the tool internally but also when dealing with customers and service partners.

Coesia Group is represented in 32 countries and currently consists of 18 companies, of which XMReality already has business relationships with four of them: ACMA, GDM, IPI and Norden.

"The trend continues; the companies that want to stay in the front end of digitization choose to cooperate with us. We are very happy that Coesia gives us such confidence. This is in line with our strategy to work towards longer and longer relationships with our customers and this framework agreement will make it much easier and more effective for all companies in the Group to do business with us", says Johan Castevall, CEO XMReality.

“We are heavily engaged in a strong transformation program for our service business. Our capability to swiftly respond when customers face operational issues has always been important, but with a growing customer base and a very large geographical presence, it was necessary to find a simple and strong technical solution to remotely support our customers. Remote Guidance will also help us strengthen the knowledge exchange between our technical experts”, says Alfonso Castañeda, Customer Service Director at COESIA.

The signed framework agreement contains no order value at the time of the agreement.
