The Chocolate Route in Lleida in North Eastern Spain, Catalonia

The program will be held in the region of Lleida in North Eastern Spain, Catalonia from 1 to 31 October in 13 restaurants located in Agramunt, Cervera, Gualter, La Fuliola, Lleida, Montsonís, Ponts and Tàrrega. The establishments will prepare several dishes to deseasonalize the consumption of nougat and chocolate stone, two traditional products of the territory, and make them habitual of the kitchen of our house. Thus, the restaurants will offer a single dish, either a first or a second or a dessert, with nougat or chocolate as the main ingredient.
