Chef Martin’s wildly popular Yu Sheng returns this year with pineapple slices adding a punch of flavour to the fresh vegetable mix. With a selection of toppings from salmon, hamachi, lobster and abalone, and even a vegetarian version, there’s a “lo hei” for everyone. The VLV Yu Sheng features Chef Martin’s signature passion fruit sauce.
Available with all Chinese New Year set menus and for takeaway.
The Lunar New Year menus and offerings are available from 29 January to 02 March 2018 for both Lunch and Dinner. (VLV Restaurant is closed on 16th and 17th February 2018).
For Valentine’s Day, VLV presents a special set menu perfect for couples. The menu features Chef Martin’s signature dishes individually plated for a perfect date night.
