December 4th, 2015 – Fremantle Seafood Market is inspired by the famed Fremantle Habour in Western Australian State, Perth. City of Fremantle which goes by the moniker – “Freo” has been named a 'must-see' destination for 2016 by Lonely Planet; one of the world's most respected international travel publishers. The new achievement has made Freo the only City in Australia to make it on the “Top 10 Cities” list.

Flying 2,422 miles to Perth, taking time off to travel and a thousand dollars poorer may get you your Freo seafood fix but often enough, time just simply isn’t on our side. Fret not, located just along our very own historic Singapore River, Fremantle Seafood Market is your freshest dining port of call!

Established in 2010, Fremantle Seafood Market’s objective was to bring live and fresh seafood to Singapore. Australian cuisine is known for its multicultural diversity with strong ethnic influence namely from the English, French, Italian and Mediterranean. The new menu will portray the essence, influence and development of the Australian food culture.

With our name Fremantle Seafood Market, we bring you our signature starter, Fremantle Octopus with Black Hummus, with octopus brought in directly from the famed Freo habour, each succulent bite will whisk you on a journey to the beautiful western Australian state. During the revamp, our iconic Chilled Seafood Platter won its spot remaining on the menu with new delicious seafood tapas creations which our regulars will look forward to.

What’s a seafood market without Live Seafood? Our Crabs, Lobsters and Oysters are all live right until it reaches your plate! For all the crab lovers out there, we surf up a spectacular crabilicious dinner! Our Sri Lankan Crab, comes served in a bag with your choice of sauce from the classic Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, Fiery Black Pepper to our popular Fremantle Cajun Creole which includes Chorizos and Corn for that extra punch of sweetness and smoky flavour. For those who like a clean flavour, our Clarified Butter Sauce is one not to be missed.

The Fresh Fish Market section is a star on our menu offering a variety of unique catches from Monk Fish, Mangrove Jack to Tilapia and the common premium fishes like Salmon, Barramundi and Cod. All created differently with a strong multicultural ethnic influence of the Australian cuisine, they are all similar in freshness and quality. Signatures like the Monk Fish with Deep-fried Arancini, Baby Arugula and Tomato Concasse, Red Snapper with Cous Cous, Pomegranate and Vincotto Golden Beetroot and Orange Red Miso Cod with Confit Tomatoes and Bulgur Wheat Endives Salad guarantees to leave you coming back for more.
