Maziga is an attempt by the team behind Punjab grill in Singapore to redefine the way Indian food is viewed in Singapore.

The Indian food scene worldwide is undergoing a rapid and exciting growth. Traditionally, Indian food has been identified by rich and spicy curries and succulent tandoori kebabs. A new generation of chefs with access to an array of cooking tools and ingredients started experimenting with traditional dishes and a new generation which likes to eat healthy and party hard has taken to this food like fish to water.

Location:

Maziga has opened its door at the party capital of Singapore – Clarke Quay. Housed across two floors in the revamped The Cannery ( Block C ) in Clarke Quay, Maziga is one of the first outlets to open in this block. With this new line up of tenants Clarke Quay is sure to entrench itself as the premier dining and entertainment destination in Singapore.

The Setting:

Our home is across two floors at 3C River Valley Road in Clarke Quay. The ground floor

houses Maziga Café where we are rewriting all perceptions of Indian food and the 2nd

level is Maziga Club where we have our Disc Jockeys spinning the latest in Bollywood

dance music till the wee hours of the morning

The transparent glass and our fully operational tandoor at our entrance, give our

patrons a full view of all the effort going into the food. We are also making sure that the

food comes to their tables straight from our magnificent copper tandoor. Our fully

visible bar at the café assures our patrons that we are ready to serve them their

favourite brew or the latest in whiskies and wines from India if they are in a mood for

something new.

Cuisine and Concept

After setting new standards in traditional Indian food at Punjab Grill at Marina Bay Sands, the team has taken on itself the task of redefining the image of Indian food. We present traditional Indian favorites with new twists and in all new settings. The traditional Kebabs of the Indian Nawabs take an all new flavour when served in Burger Buns. Our mushroom cappuccino shorba takes Indian soups to an all new level . Or try our traditional Bhatti Murgh Tikkas served in Mexican style Quesadillas . Whatever you try, be prepared for flavors and presentations you have not seen before 

Party the Night away

Once you have feasted on Indian food in its all new avatars, climb up the stairs and party till the wee hours of the morning at Maziga Club brings the latest Bollywood beats to party-goers and it promises to be the de facto Bollywood club in Singapore . Our DJ’s will spin the latest in Bollywood and Bhangra music and we promise that the beats will get you onto the dance floor.
