On 26 August 2018, The Pump Room was proud to receive its latest titles from the Asia International Beer Competition (AIBC) in Hong Kong, namely, the prestigious Singapore Brewery of the Year and the Silver Award for English Pale Ale with a commanding 92 points.
The highly contested event accepted more than a hundred entries from Asia and the rest of the world. Beverage Industry Professionals from Hong Kong, Tokyo and other continents were the invited judges who preceded the judging panel and duties by the listed category based on the aroma, flavour and body of the submitted entries.

Rolling with the flow of modern and smart dispensing technology, The Pump Room launches its first line of self-serving Beer and Wine ATMs. The first-of-its-kind beverage dispensary bar houses a total of 5 Pour-My-Beer BeerStations equipped with a total of 20 taps from the in-house brewery, 9 WineStations carrying up to 36 different labels of premium wine and spirits. The technology grants the power of choice for customers to explore or indulge.
Boasting the longest self-service alcohol taps in Singapore, The Pump Room masterfully engineers the smart combination of technology and the popular do-it-yourself lifestyle with efficient cost and service management. With this shift to encourage self-serve independence, the novelty and convenience streamline and electrify the bar experience with positive returns and happier customers.

The launch of Pump Beer
Opened to a roaring fanfare in December 2006 as the biggest Microbrewery, Bar, Restaurant and Live Band Dance Club in the iconic Clarke Quay, The Pump Room commanded the entertainment hub by storm and continues its quest to win the hearts of many garnering a huge following of supporters and loyalists-turned-friends through the years.
With its ambitious sight set on the brand’s expansion in the next decade and beyond, the team marked its first step in Singapore with the launch of Pump Beer at selected NTUC Fairprices outlets in early 2018 and will initiate its strategic subsequent moves on to the world stage with impending launches at the Hotel Food Asia in 2019 and 2020.
Now, every beer lover will be able to enjoy their favourite beer from The Pump Room at the comfort of their own homes.
