Within a matter of years, Evorich Flooring Group has grown from a small and humble flooring contractor into a flooring conglomeration of 53 skilled flooring professionals and support staffs in Singapore and the Asia Pacific.

More employees taking ownership of EVORICH Holdings. This is what Mr Dennis Teo hopes to see in five years among his 53 staff for growing the eight year old company into a flooring empire. To motivate his three sales staff to work harder, and for greater accountability and transparency through a partnership in the Holdings, EVORICH has come out successfully with new Flooring types like Laminate; Engineered Wood; Solid Timber;Resilient ;Vinyl; and Carpet as well as Indoor Outdoor Palm Wood Decks.

With more worker-friendly policies like building happy, skilled teamworkers, Speed, Integrity, Quality and reasonable Pricing in the business – led on by the motto,'Quality flooring, Quality People, Satisfied Clients’ - his staff adorned many Orchard Road hotels, malls etc, with beautiful and natural flooring designs. Prompting the BCA Academy in mid-March to pay a two-day learning visit to the EVORICH Flooring HUB at Kim Chuan Terrace.

All these enabled the Holdings founded by Mr Teo with $300,000 in 2003, his 28th year, to develop into an Asia Pacific floor specialist - from a local flooring solution provider and market leader. “And soon the most reliable and sought-after household & commercial brand name in the Asia Pacific” predicted the goal-setter and philanthropist contributing to World Vision.

“As Singapore’s flooring icon, our job is to make you smile,” said Mr Teo, the former GM of a flooring company. Agreeing with him, Mrs Karen Lee of Jurong West, complimented “Thumbs up for your superb quality wood flooring tiles,” on seeing her four-room HDB Resale Flat re-designed like a brand new condo.

Under the Holdings are two partnered companies : EVORICH Manufacturing Pte Ltd, and EVORICH Solid Wood Division started in 2010. EVORICH Works Pte Ltd is also an installation company for all types of wooden floorings with EVORICH being the authorised installer for all the flooring jobs of Goodrich Global Pte Ltd, a 26- year old MNC.

“This is my rags-to-riches success story, evolving regularly to be rich,” said the former school dropout from St. Andrew’s School clinching the 2011 Successful Entrepreneur Award early this year, saying “I prove myself through results.”
