Decorative PVC Printed Film - This material is coated with various lacquers - a liquid made of shellac dissolved in alcohol, or of synthetic substances, that dries to form a hard protective coating for HERF. This layer gives advantages on scratch, abrasion and moisture resistance and to the durability of HERF. This decorative PVC Printed Film also sets the patterns and colours for the HERF giving homeowners more variety of designs to choose from to have a realistic wood look to your home.

4. 2 layers of solid virgin vinyl - This solid virgin vinyl material provides long lasting beauty and enhance structural integrity to HERF. Designed with two interlocking layers that adds strength to the sheet of HERF. Solid virgin vinyl is also the main part of HERF as it supports the whole board. Since it is not constructed from wood, HERF does not swell or deform under influence of water.

5. Fiber glass sheet - This sheet gives durability to HERF because of its flexible fiberglass core. Its main function is to strengthen the intension of HERF that provides stability needed to be a high quality product.

6. 3 layers of solid virgin vinyl - Another 3 layers layer of solid virgin vinyl to strengthen the HERF sheet to prevent buckling occurrence on the floor.

7. Bonden Vinyl Back - This backing sheet layer is made of trimmed leather thus, water, moisture and implantation of the fungus is unlikely to happen.
