To coincide with the brand launch, Scoot’s website and Facebook page are now live at www.flyscoot.com and www.facebook.com/flyscoot.

These sites are intended to introduce the brand and provide a point of reference for the latest developments at Scoot while the Airline is being constructed. Visitors can register for updates to keep abreast of news and recruitment plans, give their input to the new venture and even participate in competitions.

Scoot™ will provide medium and long haul no-frills flights from mid-2012, and tickets will go on sale in the first quarter of 2012. Operating an initial fleet of four Boeing 777 aircraft, Scoot's first-year routes will link Australia, Singapore and China, with others to be announced. Scoot will provide – in addition to fantastic value airfares – a safe, reliable and contemporary travel experience with a unique attitude – Scootitude™.
