Meet our team

At NBAS, bringing together Norwegian companies and business people in Singapore is the essence of what we do. We would like to introduce you to our team comprising of Silje Kalsaas and Emilie Baekken.

Silje, the Executive Director, has been employed with NBAS since February 2017 and leads the NBAS team. Silje, worked as Contract Manager at Oracle Norge for five years and then as Associate for Gille Advokater law firm prior to her Singapore move.

Emilie started working for NBAS as the Marketing Manager in October 2018 and is passionate about working with communications, marketing, social media and content production. Before moving to Singapore, Emilie worked in Oslo for ten years at Aker Solutions and Frontica.

Together Silje and Emilie manage the day-to-day NBAS activities including project/event management, communications, marketing, sponsorships, member liaison and improving Norway/Singapore relations. Their main objective is to promoting Norwegian businesses and their activities in Singapore.
